Frequently Asked Questions
How long after a loss should I seek grief counseling?
There's no set timeline. Some people benefit from immediate support, while others may seek counseling months or even years after their loss. If you're struggling with your grief, whenever that is, we're here to help.
Will grief counseling help me "get over" my loss?
Grief counseling isn't about "getting over" your loss. Instead, we help you process your emotions, integrate your loss into your life, and gradually move forward while honoring and remembering what you've lost.
Can my family attend grief counseling sessions with me?
Absolutely. Grief can be a family experience. We can offer individual grief counseling, family grief counseling, or a combination of both, depending on what would be most helpful for your family.
